Rachel Frommer

Rachel Frommer graduated from Touro College in 2016. As a Tikvah Summer Fellow in the summer of 2016, she participated in and co-led a working group dedicated to assessing and proposing strategies for preserving the religious freedom of practicing Jews in the United States. The working group produced an extensive memo which outlined the contemporary issues and challenges facing American Jewry and the obstacles to religious practice and freedom of conscience. The case memo proposed a plan of action to meet these challenges. After the Tikvah Summer Fellowship, Rachel enrolled in the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University. She is also a JIGSAW Fellow coordinator at the Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights. Her writing has been published in the Washington Free Beacon and Algemeiner.
