Josh Halpern

Law and Public Policy

Josh is a graduate of Yeshiva University and Harvard Law School, and a former law clerk to federal court of appeals judges in Texas and Washington D.C. Following his clerkships, Josh spent a year at the U.S. DOJ, Office of the Solicitor General, where he litigated on behalf of the United States before the Supreme Court and the federal courts of appeals. Today, Josh works as an appellate lawyer at the D.C. office of a major law firm, where he’s had the opportunity to represent several victims of religious discrimination. He lives in Potomac, Maryland, with his wife Michal and little boys, Benny and Izzy.
