Elias Neibart

Law and Academia

Elias Neibart is currently pursuing a MPhil in Political Thought and Intellectual History at the University of Cambridge where he researches the ideological origins of the American founding. Accepted into the Harvard Law School Junior Deferral Program, Neibart will begin his legal education at Harvard in August of 2022. Before arriving at Cambridge, Neibart held positions with the New York County District Attorney’s Office, the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, and the New York State Office of the Attorney General. A 2020 graduate of Emory University, Neibart earned his undergraduate degree in Political Theory and Philosophy, graduating Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude. As a Krauthammer Fellow, Neibart’s work will focus on religious liberty, the United States Constitution, and social capital in the United States and Israel.
