Sholom S. Licht

Law and Jewish Education

Sholom S. Licht is a student at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. A native of Queens, N.Y., Sholom studied at a number of Yeshivas in both the U.S. and Israel before attending Bar-Ilan University and Yeshiva University, where he received a B.A. and M.A. respectively, in Jewish studies. Sholom served as an editor and translator for the Koren English Talmud Bavli project, as a teacher, and as the Director of the Executive Office of the Orthodox Union, before pursuing a legal career. In his free time, Sholom greatly enjoys the outdoors; skiing in the winter, hiking and camping in the summer, and biking all year round.
