Serena Frechter
Serena Frechter is the special assistant to the Deputy Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development. She previously worked as a government relations analyst at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, where her work included writing and disseminating policy briefs, resource guides, and memoranda on national security issues to policy makers and the media. Serena attended Johns Hopkins University, where she earned both her B.A. in International Studies and History with a minor in French Cultural Studies and her M.A. in History.
